The Bad News first;  Per capita is going up.  Total amount, not sure yet.

The good news is   the international is funding its own rehab center/PTSD treatment center which is being built in Maryland.

resolutions were passed for emeritus status for General secretary/tresurer Miller and a couple DVP's, all which are retiring.
